Questi termini governano il tuo uso di MyPetLogger, un'applicazione iOS sviluppata da LC&V Systems LLC («LC&V Systems», «noi»). Scaricando o usando l'app, accetti questi termini.
1. L'app
MyPetLogger is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It helps pet owners keep a private journal of their pets' health records, activities, and memories. It is not a substitute for veterinary care, and the information you store in it is not medical advice.
2. Il tuo account e i tuoi dati
MyPetLogger does not require an account. Your data is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your own iCloud container. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping backups where appropriate. See our Informativa sulla privacy.
3. Abbonamenti & acquisti
MyPetLogger offre i seguenti acquisti tramite l'App Store di Apple:
- Premium Mensile — 4,99 $ / mese, rinnovo automatico.
- Premium Annuale — 39,99 $ / anno, rinnovo automatico.
- A vita — 49,99 $ pagamento unico.
- Senza pubblicità — 9,99 $ / anno, rinnovo automatico.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies; please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
4. Uso accettabile
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the app, attempt to circumvent purchase gates, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Servizi di terze parti
The app integrates with Apple iCloud, Apple HealthKit, Google AdMob (for free users), and the User Messaging Platform for ad-consent management. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
6. Esclusione di garanzie
The app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LC&V Systems does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
7. Limitazione di responsabilità
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LC&V Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
8. Modifiche
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
